Dear Carter Land Holdings Shareholders,

Hugo Leckrone has proven a person with no dignity or standards who is not only willing to stab a friend in the back but also do things that most of us would consider highly unethical and low blows. I trusted Mr.Leckrone, I let him come in to help us as a consultant and see if he could provide key insight that would enable us to produce higher profits. He came in and did good work and helped me and Lynn Binder out with very good ideas, this lasted around a week and during that time we were all working together fine.

However, as he has done in the past Hugo got bored. He started to try to manipulate me and Lynn and criticize us in every conceivable way because he saw that he couldn't do what he wanted, that the ball was not in his court as to making ultimate decisions. I will admit that Lynn and I did in fact have flaws when it came to working the new restructuring plan, we are both very busy and our log in time was limited so we couldn't do things as fast as Hugo was demanding them to be done.

When Hugo became completely tired he decided to quit, and not only that he decided to step off with a bang that would enable him to get what he loves most attention from the general public. He proceeded to inform us that he was leaving and wished us the best, something I guess he did to keep us from guessing his next move. With stolen company data, and I want to emphasize "Illegally obtained", he proceeded to start a bunch of posts in his LMB yellow journalism paper which are not only defamatory but utterly ridiculous. He used insider company statistics, which he could easily alter, to support a theory of fraud by me and my management.I wanted to let everyone know that I have never in my life stolen money who does not belong to me, I take pride in my name and ethics and although I sometimes make human mistakes I have never done something of this nature to people. I wasn't raised as a thief nor as a backstabbing manipulator for that matter.

What I ask you, the informed investor, to ask yourself is Hugo a credible source? Is he the kind of person who would not publish something that is going to get him web page views because it is not 100%? We all know by now he craves attention and in the process of getting that he doesn't mind kicking friend or business associates. Last week he was loyal to CLH and ranted about CR, today is backwards. What will next week bring? He can take another fraud conspiracy out of a hat, there is no stopping him. He calls me and Lynn Binder "Cancerigenous" I believe  that he is the cancer for the markets of Second Life. His only aim is to expose what he sees as "Truth" to  get a few people to notice him. He does not care whether he destroys the markets in the process or the people who run the companies that are also crippled by his unfounded accusations.

I thought Hugo was a friend, I was completely mistaken. Hugo has no friends and no loyalty to anybody and I want you to know that. If nothing else comes from this war he is about to embark on I wish people to know not to trust him. I am not deceitful never have I been so and I and Lynn Binder will go to all extends to defend our good name. You have power to make a choice , to decide which side to buy and I know that based on Hugo's background you will make your choice.

Evaluate this with both your mind and heart and make the judgment you think best,

If you want to read the X-rated version of my response to Hugo Leckrone and his alt Lorna Krovac (both absent from SL rosters at the present time) take a trip to the ISE Forum and read my less restrained comments posted only a few moments ago.

Because CLH is listed here, and both Matt and I are committed to building a solid a profitable business, despite a sad series of events earlier today, when Hugo ravaged our business like a griefer. Visit the CLH rental office - you won't believe that anything ever happened because we responded quickly and with energy.

So, I will leave you with the comments I made earlier when we determined that Hugo's interest in consulting for us was really an attempt to manipulate CLH stock value to his financial advantage and plunge CLH into 'yet another' series of unsuccesful and irrational plans.

"It appears that Mr. Lechrone is once again indulging in more unfounded back stabbing. CLH was in confidential negotiations with Hugo to share a bit of his genious with us as a consultant, but his comments speak for themselves. Clearly, Mr. Lechrone has proven himself untrustworthy. Investors - take note!"
