Cobra Rentals asking for a reward :)

Dear VSTEX users,
as you probably noticed, thanks to the listing of Cobra Rentals to ISE, all CHL shareholders became more happy!!
Why you should thanks CR? Easy i will explain my 9 points "plan":
1 Matt1030 Carter came back in SL and decided not to sell his stake in CHL, even his rl isssues aren ow over.
2 CHL issued financials after a long absence
3 CHL has a new marketing director, with al ot of experience in marketing in rl, bt only 10 days of experience in sl. Curious she/he is working for free, damn how lucky are some people, i can't find anybody that will work for me for free!! Matt if u know someone else pls tell me
4 CHL improved their occupancy rate of 13% in just 4 days.
5 Improved the aspect of the skyboxes models
6 Made work the teleporters lol
7 Aggressive marketing campaign
8 Studied an innovative teleport system
9 A more user friendly rental station

Fot this 9 points plan(which we studied in a brain storming session that lasted all night) i would expect at least a reward for CR, because without us all this miracles would not be possible!!

Dear Giampaolo,

Please check my reply to you in the ISE Forum before reading this one.

I have always been very respectful with you and Cobra Rentals and I have not once said malicious statements in order to instigate a conflict of any nature. You might have noticed that I kept away from the CR Fraud Thread because I wanted to refrain from talking trash about a company that is on my same industry. This is basically because what affects one skybox rental venture is most of the time going to affect the rest and that's why fellow ceo's on the same field have to help each other. So that we can maintain a good public image and make our enterprises stand for reliability and transparency. That being said , if the thread would have been a CLH Fraud one I am sure you would have jumped in and started ranting which I predict from your latest actions.

A common misconception is that I and Lynn Binder went "Away" that is not the case at all. We have logged to second life to maintain the business since we started and have never taken off for long periods of time abandoning the business. There is no " they are back" we were never gone, did we get behind on financial and post announcements ? but we nevertheless continue running the business with all the time we could manage.

You ridicule our 9 point plan without any reason or motivation, you attack what we have been working hard to build and label us with things like " a brain storming session that lasted all night" when I have told you it was not only a long main meeting but also several small ones. The teleporter fixing which is something you chose to laugh out loud about is also a vital aspect of any rental business. I am quite sure you don't think we are talking about pressing a reset  on the teleporter button for step 9? Because that is far from the case, we have not only researched new brands of teleport systems to do away with the hippo we have now but also worked on developing alternative ways to have tenants enter their units.

Giampaolo do you have any sense of shame? Of class?  You are maliciously ridiculing our hard work for what? you amusement?  The fact that you are attributing all our hours spent restructuring our business model seems to me plain disgusting.

I consider hostile attitude what your friend hugo did and is doing against me, if u read this forum you will have an idea of what i am saying!

My post in the vstex forum was intended to have some fun because it seems some ppl are taking things too seriously. But maybe nobody like my personal sense of humor!

But as i told you already, i wish you good luck with your business!! I am for the fair play, infact my favorite sport is not soccer but rugby lol
