(Konner McDonnell had problems posting, so I do it on his behalf)

Dear VSTEX-listed CEOs,

I am holding two meetings on Saturday June 6th, 2009, at 12PM (1200) SLT and 10PM (2200) SLT, respectively. The purpose of these meetings to discuss your thoughts about VSTEX (both complimentary and critical), your ideas, and experiences more generally. The basis for this meeting is my observation that, while there are criticisms of the exchange (some valid, some not, but all valid from an opinion/consumer standpoint) there is a reason
you've remained here. There are certainly things you would like to see executed differently, and perhaps things you'd prefer to stay the same. What I want to determine is whether there is a consensus, and where that consensus exists.

This meeting will be informal. By informal I mean that you, the participants, will determine the structure and flow of conversation. Informality does not excuse anyone from acting with consideration and compassion towards their fellows. Though my role at VSTEX is that of Chief Strategy Officer, my function at the meeting will be that of moderator.
I've asked Samantha Goldflake to speak on behalf of VSTEX where necessary.

Samantha's involvement is an apt reminder that BOD members serve an important function in companies, and at times, they may be more visible than CEOs in our community. As such, I want CEOs to feel free to invite BOD members to this meeting, at their discretion. The discrepancy between the function of the BOD in RL securities and the virtual exchange platform is not lost upon me.

Specifics:

When: Saturday June 6th, 2009, at 12PM (1200) and 10PM (2000) SLT
Who: VSTEX-listed CEOs(and BOD members at CEO discretion).
Where: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Vstex/187/150/29

If there are any questions or time constraints that need to be addressed, please state
them below or email me at Konner.McDonnell@vstex.net

Best,

Konner McDonnell

Having received no feedback and finding nobody at the meeting, I am going to go ahead and cancel the meeting for tonight. Reserving a Saturday night for a meeting which nobody will attend doesn't appeal to me. I'm tempted to take this as an indication that CEOs feel everything at VSTEX is fine and/or do not wish to discuss the future of the exchange. But I'll leave the door open for feedback. If CEOs wish to conduct an official meeting in the near future, I would encourage them to express their desire below or email me at Konner.McDonnell@vstex.net

forgiveness for not attending, my intention was to go, but were first rl obligations.
vstex of this detail is very good, and I see no reason to forget this.
encourage you to proceed, even add that it would be very positive to have the reunion in time periodically, and may encourage people to attend.
I see very positive, the relationships a little more in the form of 3D games, which is second life, and use what we have, I commend this initiative that vstex considered a success, and wish that in future such meetings as there something fixed and serious vstex.
thanks.
Many people believe that a market can be a nice place, that's why we invest our money and time, and some dream of a beautiful future, but I think we have to help us build it, maybe this is important, the fact interact better within second life, with such meetings. ceos, shareholders, and friends are forever welcome.......
